  1. Coupon Purchase
    • The Freedom79 coupon can be purchased at a flat price of ₹79.
    • This coupon entitles the holder to:
    • a) 20% straight discount on applicable lab test bookings.
    • b) Free doctor consultation (once, via phone or video).
    • c) Free home sample collection within our serviceable areas.
  2. Validity & Usage
    • The coupon is valid for a single use only.
    • It must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
    • The Freedom79 Campaign is valid from 15th August, 2025 to 17th August, 2025, both dates inclusive.
    • Redemption is subject to availability of service slots and test scheduling.
  3. Applicability
    • The offer is applicable only on regular pathology tests booked through Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics.
    • The offer is not applicable on special tests, high-end diagnostic tests, or any tests outside the standard pathology category (e.g., genetic testing, advanced imaging, etc.).
  4. Booking Process
    • Customers must mention or enter the coupon code while booking their test.
    • Coupon benefits will not be applied retrospectively to bookings made without the coupon code.
  5. Limitations
    • The coupon cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other offer.
    • Free home sample collection is only available in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, and Greater Noida.
    • The doctor consultation included is valid for a single session per coupon.
  6. Cancellations & Refunds
    • The coupon purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • If a booking is cancelled, the coupon will be considered used and will not be reissued.

  8. Amendments
