Terms & Conditions – Freedom79 Campaign
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Freedom79 Campaign (“Campaign”) hosted on offer.drsahaab.com, a promotional subdomain owned and operated by DrSaHaab Diagnostics. The primary and parent domain is www.drsahaab.com (“Parent Website”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on the Parent Website.
1. Eligibility
1.1. This Campaign is open to individuals aged 10 to 80 years only.
1.2. Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to avail of the offer.
1.3. This Campaign is valid for residents of Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, and Greater Noida only.
2. Offer Details
2.1. The Freedom79 Campaign allows you to book selected diagnostic tests starting from ₹79.
2.2. A 20% discount will be applied upon using the coupon code during booking.
2.3. The Campaign also includes a free doctor consultation for applicable bookings.
2.4. The offer applies only to tests listed on offer.drsahaab.com under the Freedom79 section.
2.5. Prices, test availability, and offers may vary depending on partnered laboratories.
3. Campaign Duration
3.1. The Freedom79 Campaign is valid from 15th August, 2025 to 17th August, 2025, both dates inclusive.
3.2. Bookings must be confirmed and paid for within this period to be eligible for the offer.
3.3. Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics reserves the right to end, modify, or extend the Campaign without prior notice.
4. Parent Website & Partner Labs
4.1. offer.drsahaab.com is a subdomain owned and operated by Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics, with www.drsahaab.com serving as the parent website.
4.2. All bookings made through the Campaign are fulfilled by Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics in collaboration with its partnered laboratories, which may include Metropolis, Thyrocare, Healthians, Orange Labs, and others.
4.3. Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics acts as a facilitator between the customer and the partnered laboratories. All testing, reporting, and related services are the responsibility of the respective lab.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
5.1. The Campaign is applicable only once per participant during the offer period.
5.2. The offer is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or combinable with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
5.3. Home collection availability may vary depending on the participant’s location and the partnered laboratory’s service reach.
5.4. Tests for children below 10 years and above 80 of age are not included in this offer.
5.5 This offer is applicable only on regular diagnostic tests and excludes any specialised or advanced testing.
6. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
6.1. All bookings must be made via offer.drsahaab.com or through our WhatsApp booking link provided on the Campaign page.
6.2. Payments are to be made as per the instructions provided at the time of booking.
6.3. Cancellations will be subject to Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics’ standard cancellation policy as listed on the Parent Website.
6.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Parent Website’s refund policy.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. While Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics ensures accurate comparison and booking facilitation, the reports, quality, and timelines are the sole responsibility of the partnered laboratories.
7.2. Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics shall not be held liable for any delay in reporting, lab operational issues, or test result variations.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction lying in the courts of Delhi.
